I'm Sean Henne: an ordained, nondenominational minister, an energy balancing master trained in the Usui and Holy Fire traditions, and trained as an End of Life Doula. My work is nondenominational, which means I'm glad to work alongside whatever beliefs you hold, or none at all.
A spiritual approach
Energy balancing is the heart of my work. I am certified as an energy balancing master through a long, traditional lineage, and I draw on more than one tradition, including meditation, grounding, intuitive guidance, and crystal intention work. I offer energy balancing as part of my spiritual ministry. I see it as spiritual companionship: a calm, grounded space where you can rest, reflect, and reconnect with your inner peace, your intuition, and whatever you hold sacred. People come to me during times of change, grief, personal growth, and spiritual awakening. Whether you're brand new to this or have walked a spiritual path for years, I'll meet you exactly where you are.
How I found this work
Energy balancing came into my life during a season when I was searching for deeper understanding and purpose. In my very first session, I felt energy even though no one was touching me. By the end I felt lighter, as if something inside me had realigned. What began as a personal journey became a clear calling. Sharing this work with others, many people share that they felt more connected to themselves and to something greater.
Presence at every stage of life
My End of Life Doula training has deepened that calling. It has taught me how sacred it is simply to be present with another person in vulnerable, meaningful moments. I've learned that this work is not about fixing anyone. Often what matters most is being seen, heard, and accompanied with compassion and dignity.
A safe, sacred space
Above all, I want you to feel safe, respected, and at ease. I meet clients at their location in the Sarasota area, or online. An office is coming soon. I also offer gentle dog energy balance sessions. I also offer men's sessions, a relaxed place for men to ease into the holistic world, in person at your location (office coming soon), by Zoom, or by phone call. I also offer women's sessions, a relaxed place for women to ease into the holistic world, in the same ways: in person at your location (office coming soon), by Zoom, or by phone call. I also offer a senior session, because it is never too late to tap into your spiritual side. It is a warm, relaxed session at $120 an hour per person, at your home, at the beach, or at any location you request. Bring a spouse, friend, or neighbor if you like.

How my journey started
Astral projection: I had one before, around 2015, looking down at my body in bed.
Near death experience: Joe Rogan had an episode with this in it as well.
I then listened to a great many near death experience accounts, and there were many underlying themes from all sorts of people individually. Major common themes were love and light. Judgment isn't from someone else like God; it's your own judgment of your decisions while on earth.
Scientists find that photons act differently when observed versus not observed. Summarized, they are there when observed by humans but not there when no humans are present, only sensors. Meaning, they don't render unless we are there for them to exist.
Science had a breakthrough with matter. The smaller they go to observe it, the weirder it gets. Recently they said the smallest size they went to made it seem like matter was made out of light. This goes with the idea of manifestation in a weird way.
Another scientist found code in atoms the smaller he went, like computer code. This has caused scientists to theorize we are in a simulation.
I think the idea of us in a computer program doesn't make sense, but all three point to an idea where we are in a built construct. This is what really sparked my curiosity on constructs. What They’ve Hidden From Us: Unveiling the Realms & Wisdom of the Ancients
This is where The Telepathy Tapes come in. The full season mostly covers consciousness, with some aspects of God and a portion on some sort of astral realm / heaven.
Ep. 9: Telepathy Across Dimensions, Death, and Beyond
Once I finished the tapes, I felt different. I literally felt energized like I have never experienced before. The closest thing was fasting for three days, and that felt deeply blissful. My full body, out of nowhere, just had a wave of strong energy. (Now that I'm typing this, I think it could have been love sent from the other side. It was a feeling I have never felt before.) I felt moved to share it. I told my friend Peggy, who has had paranormal stuff happen her whole life, and I told her she should check this stuff out. I chose her because I know she has always been "in tune."
Since then, I have been trying to have astral projections and still researching things. In my own practice, I use binaural audio as a meditation aid. On The Telepathy Tapes, the kids talk about different frequencies and brain waves (alpha, beta, theta, and delta) and how they relate to consciousness, and I find that fascinating to reflect on. The autistic individuals in the series explain consciousness as an aura based from our head. The more love we have, the larger the aura is.
In my own reflection, astral projection, OBE (out of body experience), and near death experiences all seem to share very slow, quiet states of awareness, and in my own meditation I use binaural audio to explore that quiet.
I have had a couple of experiences since trying astral projecting again recently, and I saw some meaningful things.
Looking into the Halls of Amenti and 12 realms and races is deeply fascinating. Shortened: for me, a simple way to settle into relaxation. The Halls of Amenti are mentioned by NDE people as the place of judgment and life review, but even more, it's about the infinite knowledge and experience you can access from it.
I just had an experience with my new coworker that's extremely hard to explain. In fact, it's hard to put into words, but it's as real as anything... I will have to say that in person.
I am to the point now where I'm looking for how I can help people and still make enough money to live a happy life. I feel like it's my purpose to help people; I'm just not sure how yet. I don't think I'm fully in the last stage, but I feel like I'm leaning hard that way. I look at interactions now with people, and it's easy to see when they are stuck in o.
