Hi, I’m Sean Henne, a certified Reiki I & II practitioner in the Usui/Holy Fire III tradition. My focus is on creating a calm, supportive space where healing, clarity, and higher vibrations can naturally unfold. Whether you’re brand new to Reiki or already familiar with energy work, you’re welcome here.

I currently offer sessions both in-person in Modesto, California and as distance Reiki, so you can receive healing no matter where you are.

My Reiki Journey

I first discovered Reiki during a time when I was looking for more balance and connection in my own life. The first time I experienced Reiki, I felt an incredible sense of peace, like a deep reset for my mind and body. Over time, I began practicing on others, and the feedback was consistently uplifting — people reported feeling lighter, calmer, more focused, and more balanced.

That inspired me to deepen my training and offer Reiki to my community, helping others release stress, balance their chakras, and reconnect with their inner clarity.

In my home practice, you can choose from:

  • Reiki Energy Reset – Traditional Reiki for stress relief, grounding, and balance.

  • Reiki Meditation – Reiki combined with light breathwork and gentle visualization.

  • Guided Reiki Journey – A fully spoken meditation paired with Reiki, customized to your goals.

  • Binaural Reiki Gateway – Reiki with custom binaural beats (theta, delta, 432Hz) for deep relaxation, intuitive insight, or expanded states of awareness.

All sessions are tailored to your comfort level and can focus on areas such as emotional healing, spiritual growth, chakra alignment, or simply unwinding after a stressful day.
